What is the Refund and Warrenty Policy for your products?
Privilege, LLC offers a 30-day money back guarantee. All Logitech products sold by our company comes with a Logitech limited hardware warranty and coverage varies by product. Please refer to the packaging and/or documentation of the product you purchased to determine the warranty's length of time that applies.
Our policies and proccedure are as follow:
Items carry a limited 30-day refund-only policy (no exchanges). The refund will include the purchase price and original shipping and handling charges if applicable. Please inspect and test your products immediately upon receipt.
Any damage from shipping must be reported directly to [the company that delivered the shipment] Fed-Ex, UPS or USPS within 24 hours of reciept of shipment and the damage claim must be documented by the shipping company that delived the products(s). Then you must contact the Privilege Customer Service Department to request a refund.
After the aforementioned reports have been made, you will recieve an refund approval code via email and that number is to be included inside the original packaging that you received along with the original packing reciept. On that reciept will be an area that you will need to enter the return approval code that you were issued via email.

If it is determined by our Business Service Customer Service Manager after investigation, that any reported damage(s) that is not due to shipping or defect, [such as customer negligence or intentional damage] then NO Refund will be allocated.
You may call our Customer Service department at anytime to help you with your return or to answer any questions that you may have. You may reach our Customer Service department and speak with one of our representatives by calling 1-800-974-2616 then press option # 2.
If you are not satisfied for any other reason, after speaking to a Business Customer Service representative, you may request a refund at that time. You must then send us an email confirming your request for refund to our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org, as this will begin your refund being proccessed and you will be notified by email when your refund has be completed which normally can take 3-7 business days.
How do I cancel my order?
After each order is processed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
How do I request a refund?
To obtain a refund for physical product(s) purchased, you will need to contact Customer Service to request a refund by following the aforementioned process.
When will the credit appear on my credit card?
Your refund credit will appear on your account within 3 weeks of us receiving your returned product.
How do I cancel my pre-order?
To request cancellation of pre-ordered products, please contact us at 1-800-974-2616 then press option # 2.
Orders for in-stock items are sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately after you place the order, therefore, in-stock items cannot be cancelled.
