Our Shipping Policy 


For items in stock, orders placed prior to 3:00pm EST usually ship the next business day. Please be aware that some orders may be delayed by order processing or other issues. Once the order is processed the shipping time is dependent on the shipping method that has been selected.  

**Upon delivery all items must be inspected for damage and any damage must be reported and documented the same day of the delivery by an authorized representative of Fed-Ex or USPS; and must also be reported to our customer service representatives here at Privilege.

Once confirmed by Fed-EX, UPS or USPS you will have the choice of having your item(s) exhanged minus the original shipping charge or for a full refund including shipping.
